Artist Statement
In an ongoing series, this latest collection of Earth Vases reflects on weather and the effect that atmospheric conditions will have on a landscape, specifically as it relates to colour and lighting. These pieces also echo how weather and landscape affects our daily condition. The landscapes that inspired each piece are sourced from the artist's own life and daily commute throughout the GTA.
